Return/Refund Process
1. Return/Refund Conditions
Within the time limit specified by Gorilla Glue Vietnam Glue Vietnam, Buyer may submit a Return/Refund request for the following reasons:
– Products broken, broken due to transportation
– The product is different from the ordered product
– You received the wrong / missing item
– You have not received the goods but the Shipper has updated the delivery successfully
– You have not received the goods after the expected delivery time
Buyer needs to provide proof regarding return request via website. (We encourage you to actively contact us via chat for quick support).
Buyer can submit a refund request if the item has not been received or has a problem with the product received within 7 days.
Buyer will not be able to submit a return/refund request after “Item Received” or beyond the specified time.
Buyer only returns product after receiving notification from Gorilla Glue Vietnam Glue / Seller accepts your return request.
2. What Proofs Should Buyers Provide When Requesting a Return / Refund?
Depending on the reason for your return/refund and product condition, you need to provide different proofs.
A clear photo of the Bill of Lading Code on the package to be claimed
Photo / Video with clear evidence of the products to be complained about
Contact us to provide Pictures / Videos
We will rely on the evidence of both sides and make the final decision.
The time may take 3-5 days, or more if more clarification is needed.
We will send Notifications to update the latest progress sending buyers information
3. Refund to customers
After sending a feedback message to the customer with the refund information, we will send an SMS to notify the customer that the refund has been agreed, at least from 1 to 7 working days, the customer will receive the full refund amount.
We always look forward to communicating with customers about the arising issues related to orders to receive the fastest and most effective solution.
We will not support requests for sensory returns/refunds/dissatisfaction/change of purchase decision.
